Floating spheres, trunnion spheres, V-type spheres, T-type spheres (3 Way type spheres), L-type sphere are our mainly products. Another way of saying it, we can design & produce solid balls, hollow balls, welding hollow balls as per the requirements of the users. Size is from DN12 ~ DN300 mm (1/2"~ 12").

Our testing equipment include three-coordinate measuring machine , PMI, hardness tester, wall thickness tester, roughness meter.

Inspection include chemical analysis & mechanical property, visual, dimensional inspection (coaxiality, symmetry, perpendicularity, parallelism), roundness, roughness, hardness, packing, etc.

Through all above complete testing equipment to do complete inspection, and use our own patent production equipment, so we can guarantee quality of the balls.
